Valerie Nandor, Ph.D., studied physics at Harvey Mudd College. After earning her doctorate in physics at The Ohio State University, she was privileged to spend several years at home with her two gifted children. Valerie has over ten years of experience tutoring students in multiple levels of math and physical science. She has enjoyed substitute teaching at her daughters’ school, including middle school physics, high school physics, and enrichment math for advanced elementary students. She also taught college Physics sequence at Ohio Dominican University. Valerie enjoys seeing students challenge themselves as they make connections between their current understandings and the new ideas they are exploring.
