Becky Mentzer Riethmeier, M.S. began her career in education doing environmental education in many states across the country. She began teaching math and science to middle school students in Columbus, OH. She gained international experience and a greater appreciation for environmental diversity by teaching in Chile and Brazil. After 15 years of classroom teaching, Becky set out on her own to do independent work tutoring math and teaching small group science classes to homeschooled students, where she remains to this day. Becky’s B.S. is in Biology (with Chemistry and Theology minors) and she has a Master’s Degree in Science Education. She believes that the main advocates for a child’s education are the parents. Her goal as an educator is to support the family by providing quality instruction.
