Alien Reality TV Hoax Website!

Isabel took the Internet Super Sleuths class with Dr. Kirsten this academic year. Here’s what Isabel has to say…

I signed up for Internet Super Sleuths this year, and I wasn’t really sure what to expect – but it certainly wasn’t making my own website! That’s right – I made my own website. And it couldn’t be about anything real – it had to be a hoax. Well, ok – I guessed that meant I could do whatever I wanted! And I did. It was so much fun!

Suddenly every far-fetched story could become real for the amount of time it took for the reader to get to the little message at the bottom. Notice: this site is for entertainment purposes only. Definitely entertaining.

Long story short, I created a world in which the aliens had taken over our world and put us in simulators where all the sights, scents, sounds, EVERYTHING was controlled for us, and we didn’t even know it. It’s just crazy enough that it might be true. That’s the fun thing about hoaxes!
